Breath Mint, Anyone?
You don’t need to be an Italian chef to attend and enjoy the annual Pocono Garlic Festival in Stroudsburg, Pa.

The gastronomic gala in September allows participants to eat their fill of unusual garlic dishes – everything from garlic funnel cakes to chocolate-covered garlic pretzel nuggets. While chowing down on garlic snacks from nearly 40 different food stands, folks can enjoy entertainment like the Garlic-Eating Tuba Troubadours, as well as belly dancers and jugglers.
